An update regarding "Test access unavailable" error

This error is caused by attempting to log in using an incorrect account that does not have CBT access

Website steps

1. Log in on the official website with the email address that received CBT access
2. Check your account UID by hovering on the account button (see attached screenshot)
3. Double check your CBT access privilege here. If the checker tells that you do NOT have CBT access, you wont be able to log in and play

Game steps

1. Log in with the same email address as on the website
2. Check your account UID in Settings -> Account -> User Center menu. UID here should be the same as on the website
3. If your in-game UID is not the same as on the website, that means you are logged in with incorrect account

Additional cases

1. If CBT access checker tells that you do NOT have CBT access but you received an email with CBT access notification earlier, please contact our #🎧┆customer-support
2. If CBT access checker tells that you do have CBT access but you havent received any email with CBT access notifications earlier, that means you are eligible to CBT and can play.
