As of now, we are unsure about the login method that will take place on PS5. We just advice to pre-register with your regular mail as it can be you will need to use that as login credential even on PS5. Unconfirmed tho.

As for the UID not matching. The email remains the same , just every test has a different testing server and a different UID number which is wiped out later.

Basically UID you get during tests is not permanent.
