Do you have frame interpolation disabled? Having it off helped my fps a lot. The stuttering isn’t fixed though since no shader compilation is done by the game. And when it rains, my fps cuts in half likely due to all the extra ray tracing reflections on the wet surface 😭

Also, it's very common for applications to take quite a bit for being reviewed (days if not weeks); in addition, as a closed beta test is in progress, the team is quite busy so it may take even longer. However, you will not be contacted if your application is rejected (this is a practice every company kinda do, even in real life).
And this introduction of yours is not really a ticket that encourages us to accept the application. Patience is a virtue.

Cause some anomaly is supposed to be up their, I think. for some fish. (Tides of Misfortune) and idk how I get up there

there is no way to climb to this building, next to this building there is another high-rise building and there is the same fish swimming on top, you can only get to this building from the red high-rise building (the exit to the roof is inside the building), I don't know what to do with this fish anymore

That PC is really powerful, surely it will be able to run NTE without issues

tp to the red building, go to the highest floating pillar, then double jump and use glider every now and then cancel and open your glider again, you keep momentum and use less stamina, the stamina left over should be enough to finish climbing to the top if you under shot it
