So I just used 180.130.0.1 default gateway, 180.130.0.10 server start in the DHCP config, then I set the Gigabit Ethernet exit (in router) as 180.130.0.1, configured the RIP, saved it, restarted the router, did the IP helper-address 15.0.0.1 (server adress)
