the civilian is hard to notice, probably related to how city design.
but the fps does exist, specially during early launch.
true, the game requirement is quite high, but due to increased detail in rendering, having large population become problematic. : /
the cities skylines channel is quite quiet now, whatever patch they launch, rarely introduced.
so, not many willing to return to the title and ended up staying at 1st cities skylines.
also the 1st has so many great mods while the 2nd frustrate modders.
