u would then spend 22400 premium currency
and now if ur wuwa with how awful free and 4* weapons are while also each character basically requiring their signature 5* weapon let's assume u get 1 copy of that in 70 pulls so that's another 11200 premium currency.

in genshin abyss resets once a month, gives u a total of 800 primogems for its maximum reward but you have 8 total character slots
so each character is worth at most 100 primogems each at max 36 star clear.
**this means it will take you 224 max 36 star clears to break even on pulling a single unit for meta reasons in genshin impact. **

as for something like WuWa's ToA
you get 700 premium currency for a full max crest clear, and you effectively have a total of 9 character slots to use.
this means in a full max crest clear each character is worth roughly 77 asterites each.
considering cost of character + weapon assuming they also are not dependent on another limited 5 character and their costs. It will take 432 max crest clears to break even for pulling a single 5 limited character + their weapon in wuwa.**

so basically u have to bank that they will last for nearly 19 years in genshin situation

or 36 years for wuwa

you should ignore pulling for "meta units" to clear the content entirely and ignore said endgame modes entirely if u aren't also using the units because u want them

since regardless you are looking at a major net loss of premium currency that you will never break even for

some are just far worse than others at the net loss aspect
