This may sound like a dumb question to ask, but I wanted to clarify something. Is it actually possible to connect a 3DS from a friend who is in a different country so we can get the 3DS files? We tried doing this using the Azahar Artic Setup Tool with their spare 3DS, but we kept getting an error saying it couldn’t communicate with the Artic Server.
I just want to make sure if what we’re trying to do is even possible, or if it only works when both the PC and the 3DS are on the same network.

unless you find a way to port forward your 3ds
i don't see any reason for it not working, but port forwarding instructions are isp-dependent (if your isp even allows it)
