emulator is in japanese?

hi! i just downloaded azahar on windows and for some reason it's in japanese even though i change it to english under the configuration settings

there are two language options, maybe you changed the language if the emulated 3ds

also Azahar needs to be restarted after you set the language

you probably encoutered the bug that happens when you have multiple languages set in windows

i tried reinstalling as wlel
