#Help with fixing Azahar miis

I have been having issues with making miis normal in Azahar, all my miis in my mii maker app have red circles over their heads and I've already looked online to find a fix but almost all of the tutorials want me to use a sketch "user info" mediafire file, but I dont want to do that, I've also tried using the Azahar Arctic Setup Tool but it doesnt work, the first time I used it, it gave me an error saying it couldnt find otp.bin, because I have an otp.mem, but today I tried it again and it just times out and crashes azahar, it gets some information except for otp.bin, I also manually extracted my user info on my 3ds using godmode9, I put the user info in a folder in my documents folder, and in the azahar program folder but when I use either or location the miss still are broken, I dont know what to do and need some help with this, if it helps im running Azahar on Fedora workstation x64 with an Nvidia graphics card.

File > Set up system files

Follow the instructions in the prompt

Or in short, download and run artic setup tool on your 3DS, then connect it to Azahar

Do Old 3DS setup first, then New 3DS setup, restart Azahar, and you're done

Any system can (and should) do both setups, don't use more than one system for the setup

File > Set up system files, then check Old 3DS setup and connect your 3DS to Azahar using artic setup tool

Then once that's done, do New 3DS setup

By doing the same thing but with New 3DS checked

As like I said, any 3DS system can do both setups
