It's in it's settings, you can look at google keyboard settings
As for the home menu, load and open artic setup tool in your 3DS, then after you make sure both your 3DS and Phone are in the same network, start the setup tool server and input the given address to Azahar in that window you show on the screenshot
After that you'll see the system update screen, click ok, and Azahar will now begin the process of obtaining the firmware from your 3DS and some unique keys
Any model can do both Old and New 3DS setup
