Well to me it's weird that there's back slashes where there should be front slashes in the file locations

What weirds me out is that it says file type different than it's extension, but it should be a .app as it says there, then after that it just isn't able to tell if you loaded N3DS firm or O3DS firm and leaves

Disabling New 3ds mode doesn't help with this strange issue

Is your azahar the MSYS2 version or the MSVC version?

I chose it because it looks highlighted compared to MSVC on the Azahar website

It can't be recovered
It takes over 50 hours to complete this and I was the only hope of an archiver to get footage from a 100% completed save

Then I have absolutely no idea beyond it might be worth trying to redump. Alternatively you could look into getting an external recording program like OBS and using that as opposed to relying on Azahar's recording feature

Using OBS will show the lag and stutters, but I need lagless footage

Also ingame the savefile works as intended

Then it might be worth pinging a developer to look into this thread, this seems like a deeper-rooted issue in the emulator itself

My main suspition is FFmpeg, I had a lot of trouble installing it, so maybe I fucked up so badly the .avi recordings only contain the sound

Try downgrading to an older Azahar version, see if that fixes anything

If the dump is fine and your system files are all set up and all that then the only thing I can think of is that it's something with the emulator itself

Worth a shot, I've seen a few people who's dumps just got screwed up through no fault of their own and a simple redump fixed it
