install games on home menu

so im trying to install animal crossing new leaf into the home menu but i cant, i tried using the method of threesd but nothing, i manage to make the game work but on its own, idk how to move it so the home menu recognize it

now the issue is that the game is outdated and i cant update it, it shows as animal crossing new leaf, and not as welcome amiibo

theres an option to update it on the title screen but gives an error
