I have tried Pokemon y, Ultra Sun and Omega Ruby and all 3 lag like hell. not sure what the issue is with them. ive done research and changed all kinds of settings. it worked without lagging 1 time, after reloading it continued to lag and drop fps badly, music slows down and such. not sure what to do at this point. my pc is a decent pc, i can stream all kinds of games so im not sure why my pc cant handle a simple emulator

Try vulkan with async shader compilation and shader JIT, that normally fixes the stutters from that, then make sure audio emulation is set to HLE, LLE is incredibly slow even on multi-core

just did that, time to test

so far that seemed to fix the issue, i am not lagging at the normal spot
