my computer specifications:
inter core i7
amd radeon hd 5450
8 gb ram
4 cores 8 threads
I have lowered the resolution to the minimum, I have adapted the graphics to my system, I have seen citra/lime3ds optimization videos, I have done it and it is still below 25 fps slow, it does not even reach 30 fps, solution please
(When the game is loading or is in the menu screen, to choose smash only classic mode, training etc, the game runs fluidly at 55-60 fps)
#lime3ds when playing smash and fighting lags at -25 fps

Yeah, you aren't going to get a stable frame rate on the hardware you're running. Early 2010 hardware, ouch.
but there is a drawback and that is that, when I played it was quite stable, well except for certain scenarios where it dropped to 40 fps, but it was excellent when there were 3 characters on screen, I think it was a misconfiguration that was made, can you identify which one it was or is it no longer possible?
There is no configuration issue here. The log is reporting pica shader errors, which I am assuming is being caused by the hardware.
