There's a lot of great options such as raid mode, PVP, even a story mode to give the game lore would also work
The community themselves have an endless amount of ideas
u can get like 15k coins a game bro 😭 u can to secret pity within 60 games which are like 3 minutes each with 3x speed 😭 thats up to at most 200 minutes to get 1 secret 😭

It's similar to gathering an enlarged group of players on a giant map to face off against an enemy that's powerful enough to require that many players.

I get that a full Raid or Story mode is a massive mountain of work for a solo dev, so I'm not expecting that overnight. But the main issue I'm looking at is endgame retention. If a player goes weeks without making progress because of 1/10k RNG, they just burn out and quit.
Instead of a new mode, what about a low-code compromise? Just add a deterministic weekly challenge or milestone on existing maps that gives a specific token. Let players save those tokens to slowly bridge the gap toward a guaranteed pity. It keeps the base drop rates rare, but gives dedicated players a clear reason to log in every day because their time spent equals guaranteed progress. Just something to think about for the long-term health of the player base.
