CUSTOM ABILITY: makes enemies slow down when clock is waved

time skip of 5 seconds, in the span of 1 second Minigunner will do all attacks from a 5s range

Slows enemies down with attack, slowdown can stack up to a certain %

“Time Skip”: it will display an unit selection ui, when selected, it will make the unit attack in 1 second, the span of X seconds for that unit:

If a unit attacks every 2 seconds, a time skip of 5 seconds will make it attack twice in 1 second.
