Everyone can see you have this addon(having a bounty on your head always). Once you kill this person with this addon, you get a positive effect.

Positive effect: speed boost, the killer gains a positive addon, lower cd, etc. <--- tbh you can chose what effects they gain if you want, was just thinking of some.
