Somehow ash ring is not collecting ashes. I have it in an alt that always remains offline and for past 2 days it didnt give me a single ash.

Steps to reproduce = All i did was take it away from main and give to my alt
Playing on Steam Client
Player ID = 97D89C6C3C685375

OBSERVATION 1: My main always stays online idle farming when im afk (while alt is offline)
