With the release of a steam client it would be great to be able to use the scroll wheel on a mouse to navigate through menus quicker

You can do that in skills, etc.

Only if it's an enableable/disableable option

Context being that scrolling is broken on bluestacks 🙁 if you pick someting up, and then scroll, it unselects the item—you cannot pick anything else up, put the selected item back, or insert it into the rune page
