I get the whole "someone has the same name as me" thing not being bannable unless you're important but I want to explain that there are points where impersonation is bannable even if you impersonate someone who isn't known in the community. If someone puts on your name, color and cosmetics then proceeds to go do bad stuff, people will most likely report you out of not knowing who did the bad thing, not saying this is the case here but I just wanted to explain that there are circumstances where impersonation is bannable for even not known people.
