Hello! According to dev docks, the API is also pay-as-you-go without a subscription, but your plans page contradicts this and says that the API is available to premium subscribers. How does it work in the end, if I top up my balance by $1 for testing your api, I won't be able to use the API without an active subscription?

I use the API without a subscription.. so no you do not have to subscribe to use the API
