Sounds like a simple saw with some amplified harmonics. So I’ll guess polysynth with a saw and a keytracked eq will do it

Or just sample one note and use the sampler. It’s lo fi anyway

ah cool - i just made a Polysynth - got somewhat close. Not as bouncy or buzzy... but nearby.

a sub oscillator is just a name for an oscillator that is tuned one or more octaves behind the main oscillator

gives some more body to the sound
