Also, if you trialed infiltrator 1, you were losing your demo period for version 2.
Devious Machines just updated it so you should get a new trial period if you want to see what is new.

infiltrator 2 is definitely the same concept but its packed with more features for sure
(i am using the plugin right now)
i personally find infiltrator to be a little more user friendly actually

I love both. Shaper box is amazing. Kind of a desert island thing for me. I think they fit little different niches. Infiltrator is more for sound design (compressor at the end, master drive, clean sub out, more exotic modules) but shaperbox is an amazing easy to use suite of practical modules.

I’m going to shaperbox to swell a volume envelope adding stereo width at the end of the swell. I’m using infiltrator to step sequence three filters (you can load the same module multiple times) all being modulated differently, and adding an fm swell on one filter sweep.

it can do both pretty easy, you can create drum fills or risers or other transition effects pretty fast and it can go really glitchy or even transform your sound in something completly different.
In the end can you thx to the fm engine that is also build in there create any sound out of any source. The possebilitys are absolute insane.
One other very good point is the quality of the fx, the filters sound so amazing for a multi fx unit, far better then db_glitch or tantra or shaperbox. To be honest the filter in Infiltrator sound also much better as the ones in Vital.
My most used third party plugin by far
i use shaperbox for volumeshaping and mono / stereo control and Infiltrator for all creative stuff in sound design for audio.

i was testing the demo last year when it came out and directly purchased it 3 days later. just browse through the presets and look what happens to your audio file, its absolute crazy
and becauise you can trigger it in so many way's is it also very easy to create a own workflow
