I think basically if the weapon is much more compact then it’ll be balls but I know that’s not always the case cuz I know the astalos bow is on the smaller side and uses arrows
Edel tree bow is another very compact bow I I know that one is also arrows
So yea just did a quick check, those are the only three bows that use the balls

If you want consistent lighting just to show off the set, the the actual edit character menu is the best cuz it has a rotational light you can control and adjust
