I was playing around with my RuneLite plugins, and didn't realise I purchased 2 items to flip when on a RL profile that didn't have Flipping Copilot isntalled. When I went back to my original profile and tried to add the transactions manually, it said they were queued to server. THIs was 3 days ago and so far they haven't appeared as transactions in the plugin.

If you open the flips dialog (bottom right), and go to the transactions tab, does it show the transactions there?

it shows the transactions as 'buying' but not as finished even though both items have been sold, and I attempted ot manually add the sell transactions to the history
