#Suggestion: Ability to Toggle Off Sale Price Increases

Frequently when I am selling an item, copilot will tell me to abort it, and suggest a higher price to sell it for. Many of these times, it will not sell, and then suggest that I slightly lower the price. This will then continue back and forth, up and down, often times until the value of the item has dropped so much that I end up losing money, and would have been better off selling it for a lower price in the first place. It happens often if I have manually priced my item lower than the suggested price.

This leaves me feeling frustrated, and it is a pain point to have to constantly abort and re-list the item over and over and over again.

If we could get a toggle to disable price increase suggestions on our offers, that would be very much appreciated, as that is currently my biggest pain point with the plugin.

Thank you very much for your time Tea ❤️

Hm, odd because I've gotten a lot more profit from these increases. Like, the copilot monitors when the price is trending upward so it suggest you raise it for more monies.

I don't know for sure which is better or not.

During backtests, we found that allowing sale price increases led to improved average profit/hr made with the plugin.

If you do wish to avoid price increases anyway, the new "modify offer" suggestions will help. You can now see the new price without aborting the offer, and skip any suggestions to increase price.

I’ve still been having a lot of issues with this, especially with higher value items at slower times. When the price is clearly dropping, copilot will try to be a little too greedy with the sale price, and basically just ride what could have been good profit down until it ends up being a big loss.

This will happen unless I manually set the sale price significantly lower early on and ignore copilot’s suggestions.
