I am no longer playing the game. I am seeing this on my statements still, tried to login and shows that none of my emails can recover. I have the password saved in my password manager but nothing is working with it. Shows that it's going through PayPal but can't cancel through PayPal. Would like to get some assistance if possible.

Do you have access to the email of your copilot account? If so you should be able to reset your password here: https://flippingcopilot.com/request-password-reset and then access your account and cancel your subscription.
