Diao Shu disappears from wasteland camp

Based on this post from Apjiekuho ( https://steamcommunity.com/app/3992260/discussions/0/802345631536414526/ ), it is possible for Diao Shu to disappear from the wasteland camp, even when she shouldn't:

Can you tell me where to find Diao Shu? After receiving the quests, she disappeared from the oasis in the wasteland, and now I don't know where to turn in the quests.```

Problem persists after rebooting the game and some unspecified "improvised methods".

```Oh oh oh... It's bad :( since I've already tried rebooting and all the other "improvised" methods. [..] I just got to stage V```

Further informations regarding the running quests:

- Ancient Industry
All three quests require "Return to Diao Shu at the research camp in the Northern Wastes."```

Good morning. I also tried "Restoring (checking) files on Steam" and completely uninstall the game and reinstall it - the result remains the same 🙁
I'm currently upgrading a new character (a new game). I'll write here as soon as I get to the wastelands. But it will most likely be in the evening or at night. I need to work out a day first)
