My DBH performance is pretty bad no matter what graphics settings I use. My PC isn't exactly a potato, it's a decent mid-range build, so it's frustrating to see the FPS this low. I’m honestly at a loss for what to do

You'll need to play on Low or Medium at the highest profiles, make sure you change them in the main menu before you load into the game.
Set the Screen percentage to 80%

Keep in mind this is raw performance for FPS, as we don't have any artificial upscaling or frame generation in the game.
