Wrap'N'Roll Not Working

With the new patch, quests now say that in order to get the maximum reward I need to wrap the package using the Wrap'N'Roll machine. I unlocked the machine but when I place a package on there it says "This Item cannot be packaged." Is that feature just not implemented yet or is this a bug?
