The UAZ is meant to be driven offroad as that is its purpose IRL, every car handling has been changed to better suit how they drive IRL. You can also swap the tires and steering wheel from different cars to change how it drives as well.

Steering feel can vary depending on the wheel you use. If you’re having trouble controlling your car, trying a different steering wheel might help improve handling.

There's 2 different steering wheels for Dada, one with a longer steering column, and one with a short one but it doesn't count as Original steering wheel.
