#Giveaway key ?

Quite a few month ago I participated in a giveaway in this server and I got a message from a bot saying I won the giveaway and my key we reserved.
I was supposed to win a "Red Santa Clauss Pack" but we're closing in on April. What's going on with it ?

It's taken a but longer to do complete this update due to the sheet size of it.

Ok. I would suggest for next time to not propose something you can't give straight away. It's not generally a good look or at least offer something else instead as compensation.

I know, I'm not here to start a fight or anything hence why I say it was just a suggestion. Generally a giveaway is something you get when the winners are announced, not months later. Sorry if my message sound maybe a bit aggressive, I'm in no means wishing anything wrong to anyone, we all have our own lives.

The update was planned to be released before Christmas, but due to complications and me constantly breaking the game it got delayed for a more polished version with less bugs to be released at a later date. The team has been working hard non stop to get it done as fast as possible, but we'll keep the suggestion in mind for the future.

Thank you for the explanations, I 100% understand sometimes thing don't feel how we want to and needs more time, and I honestly prefer that than some half assed games we get nowadays. But seeing how long it's been taking, I would have thought a small gift for the wait and to remind your giveaway winners they have not been forgotten would have been a good view for the whole community. I'm myself managing a big community and I understand how hard those can be to manage.
Good job to all of you for the game and for the management, that was a really quick answer to my post I have to say 😛

Saw Lag typing a few times so was waiting for them to say something, but I guess we can close the ticket if you guys have nothing else to add, I got my answer 🙂
