Every time I’m in a multiplayer lobby, I am stuck in a 45 second animation I CAN’T skip, often times my pc loads everything in about 10 seconds but I keeper getting kicked due to said animation, cant chat, cant say anything, just nothing during that time and it’s getting annpying

Some people just kick players because they forget to set a password, or they are close to getting offline.
The animation is set to the same length for everyone. You might load faster, but didn't mean everyone else in the world will with different hardware.

I know, I rather have the animation end when enough has loaded than waiting for the animation to end because it’s set to be that long
