If your in a multiplayer lobby and fully finish a car, does everyone in the lobby get the achievement of finishing that car?

yea and no in the same time, when the person who attaches the last piece, get the achievement, BUT another player can still remove a piece of a finished can and put it bach on to get the achievement as well
