Can anyone explain how weight works (if weight isn't activated)

I am pulling a C18, A UAZ and a GT Schlag with my IFA (he is struggling hard (not even reaching 60 downhill (all handbrakes are opened)) then I switched from pulling with the IFA to only pulling the UAZ and C18 with the GT and it works? How?!? I am confusion... 😂

The GT is a RWD car, if you had an engine in it, it would cause more drag.
Having front tires on the vehicles being towed also affect the speed.
But towing will always have lower speeds, especially if you have a bunch of vehicles.
Game isn't really meant to be towing more than 1 vehicle at a time (it decreases performance and introduces game breakign bugs if you have too many items/parts with you on the road).

Also each vehicle has weight, the more vehicles you have, the slower you'll drive.

Ok, I was just confused because the combo can only be towed by the GT even though its the smallest vehicle in the line.
