So he said he spawned underground beneath the hideout so he can't calibrate anything and that it's not his vrs fault because other games work

Please provide a UGS id for both you and your friend. You can find that in the general section of the settings menu. Just screenshot it and send it to us
The UGS ID is the ID used for your online savefile. We can use this to find errors within the games unity console on your end.
