I don't feel that malls make any sense in PBP.
Malls have technically existed since the 18th century but the type of mail your thinking about is from the mid 1950's.
This kind of mail is called an enclosed mall since its an indoor climate controlled building.
Also making cell phones and earbuds as an option just no. Unless the cell phones are stylised carrier pigeons then cell phones are definitely not coming to PBP.
PBP takes place between 1920 and 1933 due to the game being based around the prohibition of alcohol in the US. Anything that was invented later then this time period is unlikely to be added.
