Are you on PCVR or oculus quest.

If it were PCVR then the troubleshooting would be different since that’s down to your hardware

Can you take a screenshot of your in-game pause menu while looking at the bottom for the UGS id, it will help us see if there are any specific errors to your sessions appearing in the diagnostic data.
Since you say it happens every time, can you record your session and share the file to us so that we can see what exactly happens around the crashing moment?
