That's frustrating! I am sorry you went through that...
Were you running low on battery? The game auto-saves at every Dusk phase in the game. You do not find a save file in the Hideout when you open the game back again?
If you could supply us with a screenshot of your in-game pause menu, we use the UGS id at the bottom to look for logs of your session. Perhaps with that we could understand what happened and find a fix or a workaround.

My vr is 51 percent
And I saved to go back and I purchased it but it must not have saved

Were you playing in solo or in co-op?
And the title mentions "The point table reset", you were trying to move a table in the game and while placing it the game crashed and closed?

Solo no the points you get from completing jobs I was doing the red women to get the distiller and I unlocked it and went into a game and it wasn’t there and I went back to lobby to see and I hadn’t unlocked it but I know I did

Ok yes, I misunderstood your problem at first then.
We'll look to fix this, but meanwhile I can try to give you back the missing points on your account using the UGS id you provided. We'll look into updating your player data with the missing points from the Distiller purchase so that you can purchase it again. I'll let you know once it's done.

We went in the cloud dashboard and given you the amount necessary to purchase the distiller from the Fabergés. Let us know if you have any other issue! We'll try to fix the cause of this when we are back from the holiday break.
