Hey!
When you have a moment, would you mind going in the game and take a screenshot of your pause menu while in any run? It will give us your app version (top left corner of the pause menu) and the bottom shows your UGS ID (long text with random letters).
These will help us try to narrow down how we can resolve this as it lets us see what errors happened in your run.
If you can give us an estimated time of day (in real life) and your time zone when that happened, with you UGS ID we'll be able to narrow down better the cause.

Just letting you know we fixed a lot of the causes for the black screen bugs in the last 2 weeks. It shouldn't happen again. If it does let us know and we'll fix it as it would be from a different cause we are not yet aware of. 🙂
