Thanks for confirming, I will have our team try to reproduce it here. If you are in the game again, can you try to press on a faction member with the trigger, hold your press, and swipe from right to left. I know in the past the faction list of icons worked as a scrollbar, but I am not sure it's still the case because we had some issues there. If you try and it works, at least you would have a temporary workaround. We will look into it but it will not be fixed before next week at the earliest.
