B3532 - Leverage shop unlocks reset

I previously unlocked the barrel and the egg. But now they are locked again and missing the rep I used to unlock them. I am playing on quest 2

I got the chef costume from miner and the tobacco, my saves still have cigarettes but tobacco is locked completely, it happens whenever I leave the game then come back, no matter if it saved or not.

Thanks for reporting this, we'll investigate this bug as a top priority. Did you notice if it applied only to the moments when you unlock something in the Hideout and then quit the game vs unlock something and start a new run?

I don’t know what caused it as I quit the game after finishing a run so it could be either😭

I tested it using on of the leverage cosmetics. starting a new run and quitting didn’t cause the cosmetic to become locked again. So the bug might not affect cosmetics. (Tested unequipped and equipped)

Thanks for the info! So far it would be safe to say that it only happened with the unlocks that are not skins and cosmetics. That could go a long way to help us find the issue! If you see new clues feel free to drop them here it would help narrow down the cause of the issue.

For my case I believe it worked for the costume that looks like a chef and says something like “flambé the rules, not the food” and the tobacco, I originally got to 150 leverage with the hard-boiled, noticed I needed to get 100 more since I have to buy the outfit first, logged off for a while, got 150, the kitchen outfit that I was wearing was needed to be bought again. I eventually got 250, got tobacco, played around with level 2, and then I exited and tobacco was no longer able to be bought in the book. It was removed from my leverage purchase. Additionally, I completed the second level and started the third, but now the second level is incomplete and the third is locked even though I have a save from the third level.

I also found some other bug reports here that might provide help, in “it reset my account” and “leverage not working” a similar issue is there.

Hey Twinkie Bar! Thanks for the extra info, it helps a lot. To help us further, can you please create a private #📩︱ticket and in that ticket, share us a screenshot of your pause menu, at the very bottom it has a random text called UGS identifier or something. Share us that random text and we'll be able to investigate if the data on the cloud shows the same unlocks that you see in your headset.

If you don't see it in the pause menu, it might be in the Options tab in the Hideout somewhere at the bottom. 🙂

We pushed a fix for the leverage issue. It will not in itself give back ownership of lost items, but it should not happen again. If it does, please let us know. If you lost some progression because of this issue and we were not able to help you yet, create a closed support ticket where you can share us your UGS id.

I got back to where I was before, so I’m fine now, and Ai got the leverage back from my ticket, thank you!

It happened to me to!

But with the Eggheads,so I unequipped the monacile.After I returned fromr andom match-It resetted my highscore on park,egg head leverage and resetted the monicle.

I think if you press on "details" on the store page you would see it, you see it also at the top left of the pause menu while you are in-game.

The bug it still happening cause I bought the first soshellist clothing yesterday and when I reopened my game today I had to buy it again
