Cant shiny transfer

I am not sure if this is a bug or not but, I got shiny Ichigo and tried to transfer to the vanguard Ichigo but it wouldnt let me. Do I have to do the entire quest line again for this and then transfer it or not? I did do a shiny transfer with shiny mythic Luffy to normal secret gear 4 Luffy and it let me. I have no clue why it wont let me. If this isn’t a bug I am so sorry I am just not sure and want to be safe. In the video, you can see that the only compatible unit is VANGUARD Ichigo. So honestly, I have no clue
