Not being able to transfer shiny

So i got vanguard normal luffy and i got a shiny luffy from the banner and i want to transfer the shiny to my vanguard luffy but it always seys "the transfer must be between the same units" and i tried everything and nothing worked

i think G4 can transfer tho iirc

but usually u cant transfer across rarities
