Well when you use the drums U lose the sticks so when you just leave after that You cant play the drums again Its just a misunderstanding I guess

You can die killing kaido which softlocks the stage forcing you to have to get the sticks to try again, best bet is to get Kaido low before using drums

Ok I just did it, for the drums timing I did 12 34 56 in 2 taps, then a cutscene plays. After that you let the NPCS go to the end of the ship where another cutscene will play and you will transform into gear 5

You can get hit during the cutscene so make sure Kaido is already low when you do it

then kill him n ur done
