Kaguya not getting the rest of her memoria passives?

Nothing else to really say, she's just not getting any other passives with her memoria apart from the first one

i dont have the memoria but im looking at it in sandbox and it seems to work fine

could you provide of screenshot of you having it evolved? i believe you but an image would be good; anything is good like in your inventory or hovering over it like this
