'Fighter of Ultimate Radiance' title rework

the fighter of ultimate radiance title's static preview is perfect, however equipping it results in a rainbow gradient broken apart by a smaller rainbow gradient which doesn't make much sense and also isnt appealing in the slightest. my suggestion to fix it is to leave it the exact same as the static preview which is perfect, and only make the smaller rainbow gradient animated. this makes more sense than the current title and is unique enough to make it feel more rewarding.

the rainbow is animated already but yes, move the rainbow to radiance and keep the rest of the gradient the simple yellow/orange
