Unable to fuse memorias or units

i can select a unit and memoria to receive the xp for fusing but it wont let me choose rarities and wont fuse any units or memorias from the banner im summoning on

i enabled the entire fuse options in settings and it still doesn’t work

js tried again but it seems to only work on units and not memorias even though the option is there

i had the problem before locking them i had locked them because the bug is happening and had to keep selling and fusing them to summon more
