I have not received my guild rewards despite my guild finishing in the Top 10 of the recent guild rankings event. To my understanding, Top 10 placement falls within the Top 1% threshold, which should qualify for both the exclusive title reward and guild coins. Neither of these rewards has been delivered to my account.
This is annoying given that the developers publicly announced a patch specifically addressing the missing rewards bug. Despite this, the issue appears to still be affecting my account post-patch. I have waited a reasonable amount of time to allow for any delayed distribution, but as of now my rewards remain absent.
I would appreciate it if your team could investigate my account and either manually grant the rewards I am owed or clarify what is causing the continued delay. Could you also confirm whether the patch has been fully rolled out to all players, or if a follow-up fix is still in progress?
