In short, I did a 50-floor run with Ragna, and at the end I earned 90 traits, 20 memory, 47 element, etc., but when I returned to the lobby, I hadn't received any rewards. Yes, I was with two friends. I re-entered the level room alone and with the two friends present, but I still experienced data loss and all rewards reset.
